Discuss layout, feasibility considerations, drawings and next steps with the appropriate design professional. Your consultation fee is credited toward a subsequently instructed drawings package, subject to disclosed terms.
Plans, engineering & permits
Approve a written professional-services scope. We coordinate the necessary drawings and engineering and, where included, assist with submission documentation. Approvals depend on the local authority.
Construction planning & build
With the design scope established, review construction pricing, schedule, contract and delivery arrangements. You can choose the construction provider that suits you.
