Terms of Service

1. Nature of Initial Construction Estimates

Free initial construction estimates provided by Texas Plan & Build are preliminary discussions and approximate cost ranges based on homeowner-provided parameters. They do not constitute a fixed-price contract, binding quotation, or site-verified commitment.

2. Architectural Design Consultation (Fee & Credit Policy)

Detailed architectural design consultations are billed at the agreed consultation rate. This consultation fee is credited in full (100%) toward the design drawings fee if the client instructs a qualifying architectural drawings package within sixty (60) days of the consultation date.

3. Municipal Permits & Jurisdictional Approvals

While Texas Plan & Build coordinates permit plan sets in accordance with applicable residential codes, municipal building permit approvals are determined solely by the local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ). We do not guarantee permit issuance or approval timelines.

4. Professional Licensing

Where legally required, architectural drawings and structural engineering calculations are performed, reviewed, and sealed by appropriately licensed architects and professional engineers acting within their responsible charge under Texas law.

5. Governing Law & Written Notices
